Description: Update website on weekly basis to inform PHHS Community of upcoming events and opportunities. Information will be given to you. Responsibilities include formatting and designing information onto the website.
Treasurer Elect

Knack for finances and numbers? Like precision?

Description: Shadow the current treasurer this year to learn the process of PBC finances which include check writing, managing online income and updating balance sheets. Once a year responsibilities include: budget proposal, district renewal forms, and taxes
Concessions Inventory Manager
3hrs/wk during Football Season (Aug-Oct)
Do you like Costco shopping?

Description: Place online orders for delivery and coordinate drop-off with PHHS custodians. Shop at Business Costco to purchase items a few days before football games and bring them to Concession Stand. Work with PHHS custodians to access Concession Stand. Record purchases and take inventory after games to plan the next purchase.
Project Coordinator
~10hrs - one time
Do you prefer short term projects that start and finish in 1 month? Are you available during the day?

Description: Lead a one-time fundraiser such as selling boba. Responsibilities includes coordinating with vendor, recruiting volunteers, setting up for sales during 6th period, and selling boba during 7th and after school. Working with Treasurer to coordinate finances. Responsibilities will vary depending on project.
