Fundraising Coordinator

Do you enjoy event planning and vendor coordination? Looking for remote volunteer opportunities? We need someone to coordinate digital/online fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and connect with merchants/partners for fundraising events.
Coordinate logistics, including dates, timelines, and online codes.
Collaborate with the PBC secretary to publicize events via newsletters, social media, and flyers.
Recruit student volunteers to assist with on-campus promotions.
Work with the PBC web coordinator to update the website or create WIX products for online checkout.

Do you love to work and connect with people?

We need help to coordinating and recruiting volunteers for football concessions, teacher appreciation week and other events.

Concessions Inventory Manager

3hr/wk during Footfall Season
(Aug-Oct)

Do you like Costco shopping?

We need help to place online orders for delivery and coordinate drop-off with PHHS custodians, shop at Business Costco to purchase items a few days before football games and bring them to Concession Stand, work with PHHS custodians to access Concession Stand and record purchases and take inventory after games to plan the next purchase.
